Cancellation Policy

• More than 30 days before departure: Full refund (minus any non-recoverable bank fees).
• 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total tour price.
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
• No-show: No refund for any unused services.
• Note: We strongly recommend customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance. All refunds are processed in the original currency of payment and may take 7-14 business days.

• Transfers: Meet, assist, and return transfers from/to Aswan/Luxor airports or train stations on cruise days.
• Sailing: All cruise-related fees, including port duties.
